2.A Ticket Dispenser
The installation is very simple with the automatic detection system over TCP/IP networks. Q-Better has buttons (up to 8 services) and touchscreen ticket dispensers (unlimited number of services).
3.A QM PAD that is a control console to service counters. This system allows you to call, cancel and pause the tickets and to get statistics about the service.
How does it work?
a)Customer selects a service in the ticket dispenser.
b)The ticket can have your company’s name and logo, selected service, ticket number, etc.
c)Customers look at the screens in the waiting area where your products and services are promoted.
d)A sound and a visual signal is played when a new customer is called
e)Ticket number appears on the central or lcd showing the customer’s desk/cashier number.
f)The customer is served, and the employee calls a new client with the software terminal.
