The device to print numbers- Touch Screen Ticket Dispenser 

The Kiosk with an intuitive graphical interface, through which the client chooses the desired service name. After making your selection-kiosk prints a ticket with the ticket number, counter, current time and number of waiting person and etc. The ticket also can print your own logo and in your local language.

Kiosk is a all in one device with a IR touch screen LCD monitor and a built-in 80mm thermal printer.The amplifier and speaker also inbuilt for voice announcement in Arabic/English/French/Russia and etc multiple language.

Queue Management System software installed,which can support for multiple language.Also the interface and language and ticket layout and etc can be customized 

The color for the ticket kiosk can be cusomized as per customer need,also can print your logo on the device,it support for OEM.

Information screen -LCD/LED Main Display 

The main screen will put on the waiting area to displays the centralized queue number with corresponding counter number.

The screen can have 2 option,one is dot matrix LED Main display with 2 lines,4 lines,6 lines,8 lines,10 lines option as per customer needs.Another option is LCD display,which can connect with our multimedia player box to show centralized queue number along with advertising video and promotional message text.

The led counter display is a dotmatrix led display with 8 digits,2 digits display for counter number,4 digits display for current calling ticket number,with arrow for direction

This queue calling terminal will put on cashier desk for counter staff calling the queue number.

It have 2 option

1.Physical calling keypad

With 21 multiple function buttons can realized of function: CALL,RECALL,TRANSFER,SPECIAL CALL,CALLBACK and etc 

With small digital screen with 8 digits,3 digits for showing number of waiting person,5 digits for display current calling token number 

2.Software calling keypad

which is software call pad can install in counter staff's pc for realize the function of call,recall,call back,transfer,special call and etc.

Queue Management System Software 

●The queuing system control Software

This part of the software is the signal communication center of the queue system. The software communicates with the call pads, counter led display, main led display, other flow media display like

LCD or plasma monitors on RS485 protocol, and call voice broadcasts.

●The queuing system management software

In this part of the software, the administrator can customaries set up the queue system application, likes: setting up the queuing ticket issued by the ticket dispenser, setting the communicate port, led display, call voice, different kinds of services, counters amount, and database maintenance, different language.

●The windows of the ticket dispenser panel

This panel display what kinds of the service be provided, customers can select the service and touch the touch screen to take a queue number ticket. The administrator can add, delete or change the service’s name in the queue management part of the software.

●Reports of the queue system

The SX-QMS queue system software can give out enough useful reports, like years, month, weeks, days, hours reports totally or every counter, every clerk, or different kinds services reports. The reports can be loaded in excel or printed out
