Statistic software that allows the supervisor to monitor and analyze the system, services, employees and clients.

 

Workstation Calling Terminal

Counter staff using this calling keypad for calling ticket number .
Physical: where there is no PC available or no link is desired between QSystem and the network.

 

Virtual Workstation Terminal

Virtual: Install the software call pad program on the counter staff`s PC. It has the same functions as the physical terminal.
