Kiosk with Touch Screens
Our QMS solution comprises a all in one kiosk with touch screen and thermal printer is used as a queue management system. The client has a wide range of designs of the kiosk to choose from on the basis of their organization needs and culture. The services being offered by the organization (The lists of services are manageable from the control panel) are shown on the touch screen and the user can choose any service (the services are shown in English and Arabic) and their ticket which displays the following:

●The queuing system control Software
This part of the software is the signal communication center of the queue system. The software communicates with the call pads, counter led display, main led display, other flow media display like LCD or plasma monitors on RS485 protocol, and call voice broadcasts.
●The queuing system management software
In this part of the software, the administrator can customaries set up the queue system application, likes: setting up the queuing ticket issued by the ticket dispenser, setting the communicate port, led display, call voice, different kinds of services, counters amount, and database maintenance, different language.
●The windows of the ticket dispenser panel
This panel display what kinds of the service be provided, customers can select the service and touch the touch screen to take a queue number ticket. The administrator can add, delete or change the service’s name in the queue management part of the software.
●Reports of the queue system
The Shangxu queue system software can give out enough useful reports, like years, month, weeks, days, hours reports totally or every counter, every clerk, or different kinds services reports. The reports can be loaded in excel or printed out
Call Terminal have two option:
-physical keypad which can put on the counter desk for calling the ticket number
-software keypad which can install in the counter computer for calling the ticket number

Centralized Display Units
There should be proper display at the servicing premises to ensure that each and every customer present anywhere can be intimated about their turn. Shangxu Queue Management System is provide with LCD or LED screens which enable a clear display of the different counters active in the organization and the tickets being served by each counter.
The quantity and sizes of the LCD screens are advised on the basis of area of the office, usually 40 inches and above screens are used in size. Our digital signage and video wall team make it sure that the LCD and LED screens are installed at locations where easily viewable by all in the customer waiting area.
Sound Announcement Utility
As soon as a new customer is called, the sound announcement from the ticket kiosk informing about the ticket number being called and which counter it should go.
Usually its announcement e.g. will be “A001 go to counter 4”. Our system currently supports announcements in English and Arabic, but it can be customized to support any language on request.
Each counter should has display indicating clearly to the customer where they need to go. Our queue management system offers LED or LCD two option counter display for customer selection
