Why is the LED showing wrong number ?

The QQS software sever has not started

 

Why the thicket is not printing ?
The thicket paper may be finished add some thicket roll paper or Check the thicket and dispenser setting


Why is calling pad not calling?

Configure the channel on the calling pad


Why is the speaker not working ?
Check the connection of the amplifier and also check the Voice setting on the QQS software


How can we change the language on the thicket ?

Set the language you want on the thicket setting

2)SERVICE SELECTION-select the service on ticket kiosk and print ticket number
3)WAITING- waiting on waiting area until the ticket number is called 4)ADMINISTRATION-servicing the customer
5)STATISTICS-the number of custom that are waiting for service
