Shangxu Queue Management System (Wireless) is a complete advance system that inbuilt a PC which can support for multiple language interface and voice calling,which can widely used in Banking/Hospital/Clinic/Government and etc service center for improve customer waiting experience.
Wireless Queue Management System consists of the following components:

Counter Keypads:
- One for each consultation room / service.
- 8 digits LCD display – 3 digits showing number of customers waiting and 5 digits showing current calling number
showing current serving numbers. - 21 Buttons for realize function of CALL,RECALL,TRANSFER,STORE and CALL BACK etc
- Communication – Wireless or wired solution supported
Counter Displays:
- One for each Counter / Desk.
- Display Color – Red
- 4 Digits LED Display,4 digits display ticket number,2 digits display counter number,2 digits for direction arrow
